Allison E. Bickerstaff

Allison Bickerstaff Allison Bickerstaff practices primarily in the areas of real estate, financing, land use and business law. Allison represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, covenant and restriction preparation, easement negotiation, rezoning and subdivision issues and variance rezoning requests. She enjoys representing developers in assisting from beginning to end on real estate development and construction. She was a title agent for Land America and continues to review and resolve title issues.

Allison also has extensive and varied experience in the preparation and negotiation of financing documentation for lenders. She represents several homeowners’ associations, and she represents lenders in complex commercial foreclosures. She has been involved in condemnation litigation, boundary disputes and construction cases.

Allison’s practice also entails corporate transactional work including start-ups and entity formation, contract drafting, stock and asset sales and purchases and employment issues. She represents both small and large entities regarding their corporate needs.

Allison began her law career in 1998 at Grant, Konvalinka & Harrison, PC, and then joined a national firm, Husch & Eppenberger PLLC, in 2001. She and other lawyers exited Husch and organized a firm in 2006. After a recent merger the firm is now LeRoy Hurst and Bickerstaff PLLC.

Allison received her Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia in 1994 and her law degree from the University of Tennessee in 1998.

Allison is admitted to practice in Tennessee and Georgia.
